Parents Association Golf Classic Friday 26th April 2024

Thank you to everyone who took part in the St Benildus, Parent Association inaugural golf outing in Rathfarnham Golf Club on Friday. The sun shone for us, which helped to show off the beautiful surroundings of Rathfarnham GC. Rathfarnham GC put on a fantastic BBQ meal for all participants.

Thank you to everyone that took part, we had 50 golfers taking part.

We had the presentation of prizes and a few pints in The Goat afterwards.

First on the day were Tommy Cullen, Johnny Cullen, Pat O'Mahony and Ben O'Mahony with a score of 56.7, they shot 59 with a handicap of 2.3.

Second went to Alan Curran, Alan McHugh, Ger O'Mara and Dale McCarthy on 58, shooting 64, with a handicap of 6,

Third place went to Keith Mahony, Tom Neasy, Paul Shovelin and James Wynne on 59.6

Closest to the pin was Dave Brohan at 9 feet. This was one of the toughest challenges of the day with only 3 out of 45 participants in closest to the pin, hitting the green.
